- Choose one of Canva’s suggested colors, enter your hex code, or pick a shade from your brand palette.
- After you select a color, Canva will ask if you want to Change All. Click yes, and every element using that same original color will update.
How to Change the Fonts on Every Page in Your Canva Template
Fonts are the voice of your design. Here’s how to update all matching fonts at once:
- Click on a text box using the font you want to change.
- In the top toolbar, click the font name to open the full font menu.
- Scroll to find the font you want, or upload your own (you’ll need Canva Pro for that).
- Once you select the new font, Canva will offer the option to Change All. Click it, and it’ll replace that font everywhere it appears in your template.
Extra Notes
- The "Change All" feature only applies to elements using the same color or font. If your template uses multiple fonts or color variations. You will need to repeat the steps for each font or color variant.
- Some templates use fonts that are uploaded specifically for that file. You can use them within the design, but you won’t be able to reuse them elsewhere unless you purchase a license and upload them to your account.
